You will provide excellent customer service, manage stock, and assist with the safe handling of assistive technology including lift chairs, scooters and walking frames, ensuring a smooth delivery experience for customers.

Qualifikationen

• Unrestricted driver’s licence required.
• Forklift licence, or willingness to obtain one.
• Excellent computer, literacy and numeracy skills.
• Physically fit for manual work.
• Police clearance or willingness to obtain one.
• NDIS worker check or willingness to obtain one.
• Evidence of Covid vaccination and current flu.

About the role

As the Delivery Driver (Specialist), you will play a crucial role in our delivery services, movement/storage of product, loading and unloading of trucks and containers as well as the delivery of mobility equipment such as lift chairs, scooters and walking frames to private houses or aged care facilities and assist in setting up the equipment and demonstrating to the customer as required, all whilst providing exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Setting up and demonstrating the equipment to the customer as required
• Deliver excellence in customer service
• Clean returned hire stock in line with company policy
• Receive and dispatch stock
• Unpacking, labelling, and storing of goods
• Pick and pack products for delivery
• Process transport consignments
• Undertake specialised deliveries and pickups of Assistive Technology and mobility aids to and/or from private homes, aged care facilities and hospitals

About you

• Unrestricted drivers licence
