Job summary

True North Talent is seeking a Solutions Consultant in Australia to act as a trusted expert across client engagements. You will work with customers and internal teams to understand challenges, configure tailored solutions and maximise value from the strategic portfolio management platform.

You will lead consulting and implementation activities, translate business requirements into designs, coach customers, and help programs run smoothly.

• Experience from management consulting or advisory.
• Experience from business transformation or business improvement programs.
• Experience from enterprise technology implementation or professional services.
• Experience from solution consulting within a technology organisation.
• Experience from strategic portfolio management or benefits realisation environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and client-facing capability.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into technology solutions.
• Ability to manage several client engagements simultaneously.
• Collaborative yet independent working style.
• Experience with distributed or remote teams.
• Willingness to support a global client base.
• Australian citizenship with ability to obtain a government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Leading solution consulting and implementation activities across client engagements
• Understanding and translating business requirements into practical solution designs and configurations
• Configuring strategic portfolio management solutions to support complex business and transformation programs
• Coaching, training and mentoring customers and partners
• Helping clients become self-sufficient in maintaining their solutions following implementation
• Managing multiple client engagements at different stages of delivery
• Working closely with internal and external stakeholders to manage expectations and project outcomes
• Supporting pre-sales activity where required, including customised demonstrations and RFP/RFX responses
• Assisting with the development of training, implementation and customer-facing collateral
