Job summary

BaptistCare NSW & ACT is seeking an experienced Applications Analyst to join our Information and Digital team in delivering and supporting technology for enterprise Property and Facility systems. You will focus on enhancement, optimisation, and support of critical platforms across Property Portfolio Management, Capital Works, Property Facilities Management and Development.

Qualifications

Relevant tertiary qualifications in Information Technology or a related discipline.
Proven systems administration experience in Applications Analyst or similar role.
Experience with enterprise applications such as ERP/CRM (Dynamics 365, Maximo, SAP, Workday, TechnologyOne).
Experience in Agile delivery environments, backlog management, sprint planning and continuous improvement.
Strong technical capability across cloud, on-premises and hybrid environments.
Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, SharePoint, Power Automate).
Experience with databases, SQL scripting and application optimization.
Security-focused development and knowledge of security best practices (NIST/Essential 8).
Strong stakeholder engagement and ability to translate tech to business outcomes.

Responsibilities

Deliver and support technology solutions for property and facilities platforms.
Support application enhancements, integrations, reporting and security upgrades.
Facilitate requirements gathering and backlog management in Agile delivery.
Drive user adoption through training and process improvements.
Ensure stability, security and compliance of business-critical applications.
