Job summary

Annexa is seeking a Solution Lead / Principal Consultant in Sydney CBD or Melbourne CBD with hybrid work. You’ll build trusted relationships, lead solution design, facilitate workshops, guide end-to-end project delivery, and transform how organisations operate.

You will focus on stakeholder engagement, ERP/NetSuite transformations, and pre-sales support, mentoring consultants, and delivering real business outcomes for clients.

This is a senior consulting role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, technology, and customer success. You’ll become the trusted advisor customers rely on, leading solution design, facilitating workshops, guiding project delivery, and helping organisations transform how they operate. The role focuses heavily on stakeholder engagement, solution design leadership, business consulting, and end-to-end project delivery.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll partner with customers to understand their goals, challenges, and future vision, then lead the design and delivery of solutions that help them get there.

Your Focus Will Include

• Leading business transformation and ERP implementation projects
• Facilitating workshops and gathering business requirements
• Building strong relationships with customer stakeholders and executive teams
• Designing end-to-end business solutions that solve real customer problems
• Acting as the trusted “go-to” advisor throughout project delivery
