• Product & Market Analysis: Analyze energy storage products, regional demands, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities.
• Technical Promotion: Lead technical discussions and product demonstrations with clients, addressing complex inquiries to highlight solution advantages and increase win rates.
• Solution Design & Risk Control: Design customized ESS solutions for client requirements; lead pre-sales technical support and conduct risk assessments for key projects.
• Post-Sales Support: Collaborate with after-sales teams to analyze and resolve product issues during project implementation, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
