Job summary

Infosys in Melbourne seeks a Solution Designer with extensive IBM FileNet Case Manager experience to drive enterprise-scale design and development of ECM solutions. You will lead technical discussions, craft integrations, and guide delivery teams across projects.

Location is Melbourne with flexible hybrid work arrangements. Attractive salary range AUD 129,311–142,018 gross annually, with internal processes influencing enhancements.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design and architect enterprise-scale IBM FileNet and Case Manager solutions.
• Lead technical design discussions and provide solution recommendations.
• Configure, develop, and enhance Case Manager components, workflows, widgets, and integrations.
• Develop Java-based integrations with FileNet and external systems.
• Provide leadership, estimation, sizing, and governance for new initiatives.
• Troubleshoot and resolve FileNet and Case Manager issues.
• Support operational excellence, risk remediation, and performance optimization activities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and Agile delivery teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

We are looking for a highly skilled Solution Designer with extensive experience in IBM Filnet Case Manager. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and supporting enterprise-scale Case Management solutions while driving technical excellence across delivery teams.

Location: Melbourne

Salary Range: AUD (129,311- 142,018) Annual Gross
