Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Solution Designer to design, develop, and support enterprise-scale IBM FileNet and Case Manager solutions from Sydney. The role focuses on architecting ECM components, workflows, and integrations while guiding delivery teams.

The candidate will lead technical discussions, provide recommendations, and ensure governance and performance. Hybrid working arrangements apply with travel to client sites as needed.

• Develop Java-based integrations with FileNet and external systems.
• Provide technical leadership, estimation, sizing, and solution governance for new initiatives.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex FileNet and Case Manager issues.
• Support operational excellence, risk remediation, and performance optimization activities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and Agile delivery teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

Role Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Solution Designer with extensive experience in IBM Filnet Case Manager. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and supporting enterprise-scale Case Management solutions while driving technical excellence across delivery teams.

Location: Sydney.

Salary: AUD 108571-119893 Annual Gross.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Banking or Financial Services domain experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel and relocate to Sydney, Australia.
