Infosys is seeking a highly skilled Solution Designer with extensive experience in IBM FileNet Case Manager. The role focuses on designing, developing, and supporting enterprise-scale ECM solutions while driving technical excellence across delivery teams. Location: Sydney, Australia.

Salary: AUD 108,571 – 119,893 Annual Gross. Flexible, hybrid work arrangements; occasional travel to client sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in IBM FileNet P8, Case Manager, and Content Navigator.
• Experience designing and delivering large-scale ECM solutions.
• Excellent consulting, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel and relocate to Sydney, Australia.

Responsabilités

• Design and architect enterprise-scale IBM FileNet and Case Manager solutions.
• Lead technical design discussions and provide solution recommendations.
• Configure, develop, and enhance Case Manager components, workflows, widgets, and custom integrations.
• Develop Java-based integrations with FileNet and external systems.
• Provide technical leadership, estimation, sizing, and solution governance for new initiatives.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex FileNet and Case Manager issues.
• Support operational excellence, risk remediation, and performance optimization activities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and Agile delivery teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

Role Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Solution Designer with extensive experience in IBM Filnet Case Manager. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and supporting enterprise-scale Case Management solutions while driving technical excellence across delivery teams.

Location: Sydney.

Salary: AUD 108571 - 119893 Annual Gross.
