Job summary

Clean Earth Solar, based in Sydney, is seeking a Solar Sales Consultant to join a high-performing NSW team. You will engage homeowners with warm leads, assess energy needs, present premium solar and battery solutions, and guide customers through the closing process.

Expect a strong base salary plus uncapped commission, comprehensive training, ongoing coaching, and a supportive culture focused on performance and customer care. This office-based role includes site visits when needed.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience, bonus for solar industry familiarity.
• Must be driven, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct phone/video consultations with homeowners.
• Understand energy usage and goals to tailor solutions.
• Recommend solar and battery products and prepare proposals.
• Follow up opportunities and close sales.
• Maintain CRM records and manage sales pipeline.
• Ensure smooth handover to operations after sale.
