Job summary

Qvolt Solar is seeking on‑road Solar & Battery Sales Professionals to service the Gold Coast/Brisbane/Toowoomba/Ballina/Sunshine coast and surrounding areas. This contract role offers uncapped commissions with realistic earning potential of 250k+ OTE and warm, pre‑qualified leads from an in‑house call centre.

No cold calling or door knocking. You’ll run in‑home consultations, assess energy use, and tailor solar + battery proposals focused on ROI and long‑term savings.

Qualifications

• Proven track record closing high‑ticket, consultative deals.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Professional, ethical and customer‑focused approach.
• Self‑driven, reliable and comfortable working autonomously.
• Follow up king/queen is a must.

Responsibilities

• Running in‑home consultations.
• Understanding each homeowner’s energy use and goals.
• Recommending tailored solar + battery solutions.
• Presenting clear proposals focused on ROI and long‑term savings.
• Managing contracts and clean handovers to our operations team.
• Providing a premium experience that drives referrals and repeat business.
