Job summary

Static Solar is seeking a Solar Sales & Marketing Manager in Tweed Heads South NSW to lead a growing sales function across lead generation and closing. You will coach teams, implement processes, and drive revenue growth in a fast-moving renewable energy business.

Reporting to the Director, you will develop sales capability, manage performance with data-driven insights, and foster a culture of accountability and exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, commerce, marketing, sales, management.
• Proven experience leading sales teams and achieving targets.
• Experience managing sales pipelines and CRM systems.
• Strong coaching and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Direct the development and implementation of sales strategies and setting sales targets to maximise sales and customer loyalty.
• Lead and support the sales team to achieve business growth objectives.
• Manage sales performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer acquisition and revenue growth.
• Monitor sales activity, performance, and pipeline development.
