Job summary

Core Talent in Sydney, NSW is seeking a Door-to-Door Sales Team Leader to lead and coach a high-performing field sales team in residential solar and energy products.

This hands-on leadership role reports to the Directors, with a clear path to progression within a growing renewable energy business. The package includes a base salary plus commission; OTE roughly 120–130k depending on performance.

• Proven experience in Door-to-Door sales.
• Previous experience leading, supervising or mentoring a sales team.
• A strong track record of consistently achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

• Strong coaching and people-development skills.
• Resilience and confidence working in a field-based sales environment.
• A professional approach to customer engagement.
• Previous experience in solar, energy, telecommunications, insurance or other direct-sales environments would be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Leading and motivating a team of Door-to-Door Sales Representatives.
• Setting daily and weekly sales targets and driving the team to achieve them.
• Coaching team members in prospecting, customer engagement and closing techniques.
• Working alongside the team in the field and leading by example.
• Conducting regular performance reviews, training and one-on-one coaching.
• Monitoring individual and team KPIs and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Helping recruit, onboard and develop new sales representatives.
• Building a positive, accountable and high-performance team culture.
• Ensuring sales activity is conducted professionally and in line with company policies.
• Reporting on team performance, pipeline and sales results to senior management.
