Job summary

The Solar Group is seeking a Door-to-Door Appointment Setter to be the first contact for homeowners, explaining available government rebates for solar and batteries and scheduling appointments for our sales representatives. This role is 80%-90% field-based and open to experienced professionals and entry-level candidates.

Part-time (approx. 32 hours per week) with a base pay of $52,000 and commissions ($150 per appointment, $150 per sale; $1000 per week plus).

Qualifications

• Ability to handle rejection with a positive attitude.
• Effective communication and exceptional customer service.
• Strong detail retention and organisational skills.
• Physical stamina to walk for extended periods.
• Sales experience preferred but not required; full training provided.
• Valid Driver's Licence preferred or reliable access to public transport.
• Valid work authorisation for Australia (We do not do sponsorship visas).

- Pay: $52,000 (BASE) - $125K+ OTE per year (Weekly Base + commission)

- Location: Field-based with your Manager
