Platinum Solar Group in Sydney is seeking an Appointment Setter to join our hands-on solar team. You’ll work with warm leads, support the sales crew, and help move opportunities from inquiry to install.

This role focuses on admin tasks, CRM updates, data entry, and customer communications, contributing to a friendly, fast-paced office environment committed to clean energy and great service.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Confident communicator, both on the phone and in writing.
• Proactive, reliable, and able to juggle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setting appointments with warm leads (No cold calling).
• Update and maintain lead and appointment sheets, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
• Support the sales team with admin tasks such as data entry, document management, and CRM updates.
• Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email, providing friendly and professional service.
• Prepare and send out information packs, proposals, and promotional materials.
• Coordinate with the sales and installation teams to ensure smooth handover of customer information.
• Assist with monthly communication to warm leads through promotional updates.
• Jump in to help with other office tasks as needed.

What you’ll do as a Appointment Setter:

• Assist with setting appointments with warm leads (No cold calling)
• Update and maintain lead and appointment sheets, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date
• Support the sales team with admin tasks such as data entry, document management, and CRM updates
• Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email, providing friendly and professional service
