Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of professional software engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Research, analyse and evaluate requirements and technical specs for software development.
• Design, develop and implement high-quality software applications and system integrations.
• Test, debug and refine software to meet functional, performance and security requirements.
• Maintain and enhance existing software systems, monitor performance and apply upgrades.
• Write and maintain technical documentation including specifications, tests and user guides.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time.
• Apply software engineering best practices such as version control, code reviews and design patterns.
• Evaluate emerging technologies to improve development processes and outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Provide technical advice and mentorship to colleagues.
