Job summary

Lite n’ Easy is seeking a Software Development Lead to direct a Brisbane-based ICT team of five in-house developers. You will guide technical delivery from concept to launch, enforce coding standards, and shape best practices across the full development cycle.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in web/app development, 5+ years leading teams, strong C#/.NET, React experience, and solid SQL Server skills. You will collaborate with stakeholders and manage diverse workflows in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in web and application development.
• 5+ years leading and mentoring software development teams.
• Strong experience with the Microsoft technology stack, including C#, .NET Framework and .NET Core, ASP.NET web applications, Windows Forms applications, RESTful APIs.
• React experience.
• Strong stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Solid SQL Server and database development experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Head a team of 5 developers, mentoring their growth.
• Establish and lead best practices across the development cycle.
• Manage timelines from concept to application launch with the Applications Manager and ICT Project Manager.
• Navigate Agile/Waterfall and squads for BAU work.
• Ensure performance, reliability and security while driving innovation.
