Job summary

M&T Resources is assisting a client in Brisbane seeking a Technical Lead to blend hands-on software development with leadership, mentoring and architectural influence. You will guide platform evolution, ensure high-quality, secure and scalable solutions, and contribute to engineering standards across a small, agile team.

You’ll remain actively involved in coding while shaping technical decisions, product direction and cloud-enabled initiatives, in a remote Australia-wide setting.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software development experience.
• Previous experience as a Senior Developer, Lead Developer, Technical Lead, Engineering Manager or Solution Architect.
• Strong commercial experience with C#, .NET, SQL Server, Entity Framework, REST APIs, JavaScript/TypeScript, Microsoft Azure, Azure DevOps, GitHub, CI/CD pipelines.
