Qualifications

• Strong commercial software development experience with a focus on backend engineering.
• Experience operating as a Technical Lead, Lead Developer or highly experienced Senior Software Engineer.
• Strong SQL, relational database design and data modelling skills.
• Experience across application architecture and solution design.
• Experience developing and integrating REST APIs.
• The ability to provide technical leadership while remaining hands‑on;
• Experience mentoring and supporting other developers;
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills;
• The ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
