Kinetic IT is seeking a Social Performance & Reporting Specialist to translate commitments into measurable social impact for government contracts and bids. You will collaborate with stakeholders to shape reporting governance and drive outcomes that benefit communities.

You will develop clear tender content, assemble performance data, and ensure reporting requirements are met, while supporting assurance activities and governance frameworks.

Qualifications

• Clear, persuasive tender or proposal content development.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
• Ability to interpret contractual and policy requirements.
• Experience with reporting frameworks, governance processes or assurance activities.

Responsibilities

• Create compelling, compliant social performance content for tenders.
• Translate contractual commitments into actions, measures and reporting.
• Compile social performance data and evidence for reporting.
• Support compliance reviews, assurance and contractual reporting.
• Maintain reporting frameworks, obligation registers and governance evidence.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve reporting.
• Build relationships with delivery teams, bid specialists and customers.
