Job summary

Kinetic IT is seeking a Social Performance & Reporting Specialist to translate commitments into measurable social impact across government contracts and tenders. You will collaborate with stakeholders to shape commitments, monitor performance and strengthen governance frameworks.

You’ll develop clear tender content, pull together data for reporting, and support assurance activities to ensure compliance and robust evidence libraries across projects.

Qualifications

• Experience developing clear, persuasive tender, proposal or customer-facing content.
• Strong analytical, reporting and problem-solving skills.
• Confidence interpreting contractual, policy or compliance requirements.
• Experience working with reporting frameworks, governance processes or assurance activities.

Responsibilities

• Create compelling, compliant social performance content for tenders and proposals.
• Turn contractual commitments into measurable actions and reporting requirements.
• Assemble social performance data and evidence for accurate reporting.
• Support compliance reviews, assurance activities and contractual reporting.
• Maintain obligation registers, governance processes and evidence libraries.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and strengthen reporting.
