Kinetic in Melbourne is seeking a Senior BI Developer to lead the design, development and continuous improvement of business intelligence, reporting and automation solutions across the organisation.

Working across the Microsoft technology stack, you will deliver trusted enterprise reporting, self‑service analytics and practical data solutions that help teams monitor performance, improve operational efficiency and make informed decisions.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering enterprise reporting and analytics solutions.
• Advanced Power BI skills, including DAX, Power Query and semantic modelling.
• Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps and the Power Platform.
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction, transformation and performance tuning.
• Advanced Excel development and automation.
• Experience administering Microsoft Fabric and Power Platform environments.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and requirements gathering.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to varied audiences.
• Proven leadership, mentoring and knowledge sharing.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Experience in Agile delivery and support environments.

As Senior BI Developer, you will lead the design, development and continuous improvement of business intelligence, reporting and automation solutions across Kinetic.

You will also provide technical leadership and mentoring while helping strengthen reporting standards, governance and platform capability across the business.

What You Will Need

• Strong experience delivering enterprise reporting and analytics solutions.
