Job summary

Kinetic IT is seeking a Social Performance & Reporting Specialist to turn commitments into measurable outcomes benefiting communities and drive inclusion. You’ll work across government contracts and tenders, partnering with stakeholders to shape commitments, monitor performance and strengthen social impact reporting and governance frameworks.

Qualifications

• Clear, persuasive tender or customer-facing content experience.
• Strong analytical, reporting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret contractual, policy or compliance requirements.
• Experience with reporting frameworks, governance or assurance activities.

Responsibilities

• Create compliant social performance content for tenders and proposals.
• Translate commitments into actions, measures and reporting.
• Consolidate social performance data for reporting.
• Support compliance reviews and contractual reporting.
• Maintain reporting frameworks, obligation registers and evidence libraries.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve reporting.
• Build relationships with delivery teams, bid specialists, customers and agencies.
