Publicis Groupe's Influential team in Australia seeks a culturally plugged-in, commercially minded Social Strategy Director. You will set strategic direction for social-first thinking across key clients and new business opportunities, turning audience behaviour and cultural insight into sharp, actionable strategies that drive growth.

You will partner with senior leaders across social, influencer, creative, media and data to shape responses, guide always-on thinking, and elevate strategic output

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in social, influencer and digital strategy, ideally in an agency.
• Strong track record leading senior client conversations and shaping strategy.
• Experience mentoring strategists and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Set and lead the strategic direction for social and influencer across priority clients.
• Develop insight-led narratives that connect audience, culture, platform behaviour and brand ambition.
• Lead, mentor and develop strategists and broader team members.
• Drive growth by identifying opportunities within existing clients and new business pitches.
• Collaborate with agency leadership to ensure strategies align with commercial objectives.
