Job summary

Huntress, a remote-first cybersecurity company, seeks a Security Operations Center Manager to lead analysts in a global 24/7 team, define processes, and scale operations across regions.

You will mentor staff, drive incident response and forensics initiatives, collaborate with product and support, and help operationalize new technologies while maintaining SLAs and driving career growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a global 24x7 security operations center with a focus on Windows forensics
• 2+ years in team lead or managerial roles in MSSP/IR environments
• Active participation in information security communities and ongoing learning in threat intel and detection techniques
• Ability to translate technical concepts for diverse stakeholder groups

Responsibilities

• Design and enforce internal processes to reduce burnout and increase productivity across a global operations center
• Manage 24/7 shift coverage to ensure continuous operations year-round
• Coach analysts 1:1; enable rapid career progression and focus initiatives
• Lead training programs in Digital Forensics, Incident Response, Malware Analysis, Detection Engineering, and Threat Hunting
• Collaborate with Product to prioritize new capabilities and streamline customer requests
