Sedgwick is seeking an experienced SOC Manager to lead its Security Operations Centre, overseeing 24x7 monitoring, incident response, and playbook development. You will partner with IT, security engineering and business teams to improve threat detection, investigation capabilities and response outcomes.

Qualificações

• Seven or more years of cybersecurity experience with emphasis on monitoring, detection and response.
• Experience leading high-performing technical teams in global or 24x7 environments.
• Relevant certifications (GCIH, GCED, CISSP, etc.) are advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a SOC team responsible for 24x7 security monitoring and incident response.
• Oversee investigations, incident response activities and post-incident reviews.
• Develop SOC playbooks, metrics, and service objectives to measure risk and effectiveness.
• Drive automation and improve tooling coverage with security engineering teams.
• Provide coaching and a sustainable talent pipeline for SOC analysts.
