Findex is seeking a proactive Client Services Officer to join our SMSF team in Sydney. This part-time (2 days per week) office-based, 12-month max-term contract position offers the opportunity to grow with a leading accounting and financial services provider.

You will handle diverse administrative tasks, lodge tax returns, manage ATO correspondence, and assist with new entity setups. Invoicing, WIP management and liaising with advisors and staff ensure exceptional client service.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in admin and client service.
• Familiarity with tax/regulatory correspondence is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Lodge tax returns and manage ATO correspondence.
• Assist with new entity establishments and ASIC requirements.
• Process orders for legal SMSF documents and manage invoicing/WIP.
• Support advisors, partners and corporate staff to deliver exceptional client service.
• Communicate with accountants and staff to ensure timely service delivery.
