Job summary

Findex Group Limited in Dubbo is seeking a proactive Client Services Officer to join the SMSF team on a part-time, office-based, 12-month max-term contract. The role covers a range of administrative tasks, client service, and liaison with advisors to support SMSF clients.

Qualifications

• Proficiency using Microsoft Suite.
• Exceptional phone manner and admin/customer service expertise to deliver outstanding client service.
• Genuine team player with a friendly and helpful attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and strong time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Take charge of diverse administrative tasks, from lodging tax returns to managing ATO correspondence and preparing financial packages
• Attend to ASIC requirements, along with new entity establishments
• Processing of orders for legal documents associated with SMSFs
• Be responsible for invoicing and WIP management while effectively communicating with advisors, partners, and corporate staff, delivering exceptional client service
• Communicate with accountants, partners and other staff to ensure exceptional service delivery to support them in servicing client requests
