Job summary

Findex in Dubbo is seeking a proactive Client Services Officer to join our SMSF team on a part-time, 3 days-per-week basis. This 12-month max-term, office-based contract offers a chance to grow with a leading provider of accounting and financial services.

You will manage administrative tasks from lodging tax returns and ATO correspondence to invoicing and WIP, while delivering exceptional client service to advisors and corporate staff.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong admin and customer service experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Friendly and helpful team player.
• High attention to detail and time management.

Responsibilities

• Handle lodging tax returns and ATO correspondence.
• Attend to ASIC requirements and new entity setups.
• Process orders for SMSF legal documents.
• Invoicing and WIP management; liaise with advisors and staff.
• Deliver exceptional client service to support advisers and staff.
