Job summary

Smokemart and GiftBox Hervey Bay is seeking a Store Manager to lead day-to-day operations, ensuring a customer-focused, efficient and cost-effective store. You will be responsible for high standards, coaching of team members, and creating a welcoming environment for customers and staff.

The role requires proven leadership in a fast-paced retail setting, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to health and safety compliance. Police checks are preferred or willingness to obtain one.
