Job summary

Smokemart and GiftBox Cairns City is seeking a Sales Assistant to provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced retail setting. You will handle cash and EFTPOS, build product knowledge, and contribute to store presentation and merchandising while meeting budgets and KPIs.

You will join a team focused on growth, equality, and a positive culture, with opportunities for ongoing development and customer-focused service across our tobacco and gifting range.

Qualifications

• Providing high levels of customer service and building strong rapport with customers.
• Sound cash handling and EFTPOS procedures.
