Smokemart & GiftBox is seeking an Assistant Store Manager (2IC) to support the Store Manager in daily operations and lead by example on the shop floor.

You will drive customer service, supervise staff, oversee stock, merchandising, and training to achieve store goals with energy and a positive culture.

• Assist and support the Store Manager across all aspects of store management process -
• Visual Merchandising
• Store Administration
• Training & coaching of new team members
• Effectively delegating & managing the team
• Leadership & guidance to the team
• Maintaining a clean, organized and aesthetically pleasing store front
• Ensure store environment complies with health and safety regulations
• Monitor and maintain suitable store inventory levels
• Energetic customer service champion with a proven sales growth mindset
• Provide regular assistance to customers and resolve queries in a timely and professional manner

Forming part of the management team, you will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager with the daily business operations. You will bring your confidence, energy and passion for customer service thus influencing your team to achieve set store goals.
