Ansvar Australia, proudly part of Benefact Group, is seeking an SME Underwriter to join our Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane office. You will manage personal underwriting for SME renewal and new business with focus on less complex risk.

This role offers a collaborative culture with flexible hybrid working, meaningful community protection work, and opportunities to shape underwriting practices across our SME portfolio.

Formación

• Underwriting experience in SME markets is preferred.
• Strong communication with brokers and clients is essential.
• ANZIIF Associate level or pursuing qualifications is expected.
• Ability to manage renewals and new SME policies with focus on risk.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the SME underwriting contact, guiding and escalating when needed.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, brokers and distributors.
• Underwrite SME renewal and new business policies as required.
• Advise users/clients on technical SME insurance matters.
• Respond to queries promptly with excellent customer service.
