Job summary

HiBob is seeking an Associate Account Executive to win new customers across APJ. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, focusing on SMBs up to 200 employees with an average US$25k ARR. You will uncover business needs and demonstrate Bob’s value, building relationships with senior decision-makers.

Responsibilities include tailored demos, accurate forecasting, and active participation in industry events. Hybrid work starts day one from our Sydney office.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a closing sales role.
• Experience closing deals with SMBs up to 200 employees.
• Ability to generate 30–40% of your own sales pipeline.
• Strong discovery and communication skills, tying customer needs to business value.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through targeted prospecting and relationship-building.
• Own the full sales cycle from discovery to negotiation and close.
• Understand client challenges and connect them to Bob’s value proposition.
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations to prospects.
• Maintain accurate forecasts and opportunity records in Salesforce.
• Represent HiBob at industry events and conferences.
