Job summary

HiBob is hiring a Commercial Account Executive for the APJ region. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, and work with Business Development, Marketing and Partnerships to win new customers.

You’ll engage with HR and People leaders, present tailored demos, and drive deal sizes from mid to enterprise levels. We value a track record of meeting targets, pipeline generation, and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years closing SaaS/B2B deals.
• Track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to build and manage a pipeline.
• Strong discovery, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Relationship-building and coaching mindset.
• Experience selling to HR/People/L&D buyers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from outreach to close.
• Understand client challenges and demonstrate value of HiBob.
• Deliver tailored product demos to key stakeholders.
• Develop relationships with CPOs and People leaders.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce opportunities and forecast.
• Meet or exceed individual revenue targets.
• Represent HiBob at events and partner with GTM teams.
• Leverage coaching to continuously improve selling skills.
