Job summary

HiBob is seeking a Commercial Account Executive to attract and win new customers across the APJ region. You’ll own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to negotiating the final agreement—on deals typically ranging from $20k to $60k, with opportunities for larger, more complex customers as you grow.

You’ll collaborate with BDR, Marketing and Partnerships teams, receiving coaching to accelerate your career. The role emphasizes pipeline building, discovery, and engaging product demos, with hybrid

Qualifications

• Proven track record meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience selling to HR, People or L&D buyers is valuable but not essential.
• Familiarity with structured sales methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete sales cycle from outreach to close.
• Understand customer challenges and demonstrate how HiBob helps.
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations to stakeholders.
• Build relationships with CPOs and senior People leaders.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce data and forecast opportunities.
• Achieve individual revenue targets and represent HiBob at events.
• Develop relationships with influencers, consultants and partners.
• Apply coaching to continuously improve sales craft.
