• Build and maintain capability across products and processes, including mobile, broadband, fixed services, credit and activation, and share this knowledge with the wider team.
• Deliver confident, consultative conversations by understanding business customer needs and providing tailored solutions that solve operational challenges.
• Mentor and support the team to spot opportunities, offer the right solutions, and elevate the business customer experience in the store.
• Stay up to date with small business updates, tactical offers and market trends, sharing insights through daily huddles and coaching moments.
