This fast-paced, high-volume role focuses on managing Small Business policies, cross-selling, and delivering high-quality client service in a hybrid Perth-based setup. You will work closely with clients and insurers, ensuring compliance with FCA procedures while developing insurance knowledge within a supportive team and accessing

• Experience in a commercial insurance broking environment.
• Experience with e-trade insurance products.
• Strong administration skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Knowledge of FCA compliance.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent organisation and time management.
• Good IT skills.
• Acturis experience would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Managing existing Small Business insurance policies.

An established insurance broker is looking to strengthen its Small Business team with an experienced Commercial Account Handler.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced, high-volume environment and has experience working with e-trade insurance products.

The role is heavily e-trade and system-driven, giving you responsibility for a high volume of Small Business policies while working closely with clients and insurers.

The role

You’ll be responsible for managing existing Small Business policies, ensuring clients receive a professional and efficient service. You’ll also have the opportunity to identify cross-selling opportunities and develop your insurance knowledge within a supportive and growing team.

Key responsibilities

• Managing existing Small Business insurance policies
• Dealing with clients and insurers on a day-to-day basis
