IDEX Consulting Ltd. in Perth is seeking an experienced Commercial Account Handler to manage a portfolio of higher-value commercial clients across Property, Liability, Fleet and Commercial Combined.

This role involves presenting risks to insurers, building strong insurer relationships, and collaborating with 2-3 Account Executives to support clients. You will handle renewals and cross-sell opportunities while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Knowledge across a range of commercial insurance products.
• Strong client and communication skills.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• Good understanding of FCA requirements.
• Acturis experience would be a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Managing a portfolio of commercial clients
• Preparing and presenting risks to insurers
• Building strong relationships with clients and insurer contacts
• Working closely with Account Executives across their books
• Advising clients across a range of commercial products
• Identifying opportunities to cross-sell
• Getting out to client meetings alongside the Account Executive
• Handling renewals and day-to-day client requirements
• Making sure everything is accurate, compliant and delivered to a high standard
