Shadforth is seeking experienced multi-skilled operators and labourers for civil projects across the Fraser Coast. The role supports ongoing, permanent opportunities and offers enhanced earning potential through overtime and site-based loadings.

Casual employment with daily travel allowances and paid developmental training is available, with a culture focused on safety, growth, wellbeing and career progression across the business.

Qualifications

• Experience in Civil Construction industry.
• Tickets & Licences: Relevant and current.
• Transport: Your own vehicle.
• Availability: 6:30 am - 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday, potential for Saturday work.

• Work as a multi-skilled operator or labourer on civil projects across the Fraser Coast.
