Job summary

Shadforth is seeking experienced Excavator Operators to join our Pipe Crews delivering large-scale subdivision projects across the Gold Coast. Work with a supportive team installing stormwater, sewer, and water mains infrastructure using modern 30t Komatsu PC300-8 machines with Trimble GPS.

We offer long-term positions, 50-hour weeks with optional Saturdays and overtime rates, plus generous leave accrual through RDOs and potential ongoing permanent employment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience within Pipe Crews.
• Experience with shoring boxes and deep excavations.
• Benching trenches to industry standards.
• Confident working safely around services and crews.
• GPS experience; side operator opportunities for non-GPS operators.

Responsibilities

• Install stormwater, sewer and water mains as part of subdivision works.
• Operate 30t Komatsu PC300-8 with Trimble GPS.
• Collaborate with pipe crews and site safety team.
