Job summary

CGC Recruitment seeks an experienced Site Manager for a landmark $10M residential build in Berrima, NSW. Lead full site management from early works to handover and coordinate subcontractors to meet program and quality benchmarks.

Role requires proven experience on high-end residential projects, a track record on projects over $7M, White Card and a valid driver's license. Availability to start within ~6 weeks is preferred.

• Full site management of a $10M new residential build in Berrima from early works through handover.

• Managing programs, sequencing and site logistics in a semi-rural setting.
• Liaising with client, architect, designers and consultants on site.
• Reporting progress, budgets and variations back to the project/build team.

Our client is a Sydney and Southern Highlands based construction company specialising in high-end residential new builds and refurbishments. With offices in both regions, they've built a strong reputation across some of the most prestigious addresses in Sydney and the Southern Highlands, delivering complex, architecturally significant homes to an exceptional standard of craftsmanship.

Their current pipeline includes several new builds and major refurbishments across both regions, giving successful candidates genuine long-term career stability with a business that is only growing.

We are recruiting on their behalf for an experienced Site Manager to lead a landmark $10M new build in Berrima.

You will be responsible for

• Full site management of a $10M new residential build in Berrima, from early works through to handover
• Coordinating and directing subcontractors, trades, and suppliers to meet program and quality benchmarks
• Driving site safety, compliance, and WHS standards
• Managing programs, sequencing, and site logistics in a semi-rural/regional setting
• Maintaining the exacting quality control expected on high-end residential projects
• Liaising directly with the client, architect, designers, and consultants on site
• Reporting progress, budgets, and variations back to the project/build team

What You'll Need

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on high-end residential homes
• A track record on projects over $7M in value, this is non-negotiable for this build
• Strong understanding of premium finishes, bespoke detailing, and the standards expected on architecturally designed homes
• Confidence managing subcontractors and trades directly on site
• Relevant trade or construction management background
• Current White Card, and a driver's licence (own vehicle preferred given the Southern Highlands location)
• Availability to start within approximately 6 weeks
