Job summary

Ava James Recruitment is seeking a Site Supervisor for a high-spec commercial development in Perth's Eastern Suburbs. You will oversee day-to-day site operations with the Project Manager, ensuring safety, quality and timely delivery of an $18M project.

The role requires leading a live-site environment, coordinating trades and ensuring programme alignment, quality finishes and minimal disruption to operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Site Supervisor on commercial construction projects.
• Experience delivering high quality or architecturally detailed builds preferred.
• Strong understanding of structural works, services coordination and finishes.
• Ability to manage projects in live environments with limited access.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Relevant trade background or construction qualification.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site operations across all stages of construction.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site labour.
• Manage site logistics, access restrictions and delivery sequencing.
• Ensure works are delivered in line with programme, quality and safety requirements.
• Provide strong on-site safety leadership and compliance.
• Liaise with project management, consultants and stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve site-based issues efficiently.
• Maintain accurate site records, reporting and documentation.
