Job summary

ABN Group is seeking a Site Manager to apply your technical and practical construction knowledge to build high-quality residential homes in line with Building Codes and ABN Group’s safety and compliance standards.

Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will conduct daily site inspections, manage rounds, report progress, reach stage and completion targets, coordinate trades and suppliers, uphold safe work protocols, and deliver outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• Recent Site Supervisor experience within WA Residential Building industry.
• Ability to interpret building plans and specifications with understanding of relevant legislations, standards, and codes.
• Current C Class Drives License and White Card are mandatory.
• Proven ability to operate computer programs to report progress.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily site inspections and manage job rounds to ensure compliance and check quality of workmanship and materials.
• Utilise computer programs and technology to assist with accurate reporting of job progress.
• Reach stage claim and completion targets in a timely manner.
• Develop and maintain relationships with trades and suppliers.
• Utilise knowledge and experience of construction to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Promote and maintain safe work protocols at all times.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to all stakeholders.
