Job summary

3D Recruitment, partnering with a respected commercial builder, is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of commercial developments in Victoria. You will lead day-to-day site operations, coordinate trades, and drive delivery with a focus on safety, quality and timetable.

The role offers a salary up to $165,000 plus Super, with strong leadership support and a stable project pipeline.

Qualifications

Proven experience delivering commercial construction projects as a Site Manager.
Strong leadership and organisational skills for coordinating trades.
Excellent knowledge of safety, quality management and construction methods.
Ability to build strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and project teams.
Experience with Procore, HammerTech or similar is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day operations of construction projects, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site teams to maintain programme, quality and productivity throughout the project lifecycle.
Monitor project progress, resolve on-site issues and ensure compliance with safety, contractual and quality requirements.
Work closely with Project Managers, consultants and clients to maintain strong communication and successful project outcomes.
Drive programme delivery while maintaining a positive site culture and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
