Job summary

GrainCorp in Parkes is seeking a Site Supervisor to lead a team of grain handlers and ensure the site runs safely and efficiently. You will support the Site Manager and Area Manager in planning, resourcing receivables and out-loading of grain during normal and peak seasons.

You’ll manage grain receivals and outloads safely, build grower and customer relationships, and contribute to local priorities and issues.

Qualifications

• Driver’s license is required.
• Pre-employment medical check may be required.

Role: Site Supervisor

Rate: from $40 per hour

This role contributes by:

• Supervising a team of grain handlers ensuring the site runs safely and efficiently
• Assisting the Site Manager and Area Manager in planning, resourcing receivables and out-loading of grain during both normal and peak season periods
• Managing the grain receivals and outload in safe and efficient manner.
• Developing and maintaining business relationships, specifically with growers and customers; and maintain awareness of local priorities and issues.
• Developing & maintaining effective Grower group/s and dealing closely with internal and external customers
