Orica is seeking a capable Supervisor to lead operations across the Cobar and North Parkes region in NSW. The role emphasizes safety leadership, delivering reliable services under a 5 days on / 2 days off roster, with a focus on customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.

You will manage onsite teams, coordinate resources, and ensure compliance with SHES programs, quality standards, and customer agreements while supporting budgeting and performance KPIs.

Formación

• Leadership experience in safety-critical environments.
• Strong commitment to safety leadership, compliance, and continuous improvement.
• Proven ability to build trusted customer relationships.
• Experience leading teams and coordinating operational resources.
• Strong planning, organisational, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Effective communication with employees, customers, contractors and regulators.
• Current and valid driver's licence; proficient with business systems incl. MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and champion safety culture, ensuring SHES compliance and PTW processes.
• Manage day-to-day operations across Cobar and North Parkes Region.
• Maintain customer relationships, manage KPIs and service commitments.
• Coach and develop site teams; support training and engagement.
• Coordinate people, equipment, inventory and site resources; support budgeting.
• Ensure audits, inspections, maintenance, and regulatory reporting are up to date.
