Job summary

McHugh Steel Pty Ltd, a Queensland-based steel fabrication and construction leader, is seeking a Site Supervisor to take ownership of on-site activities, coordinate trades, manage deliveries and uphold safety and quality standards. You will lead multiple crews, liaise with clients and contractors, and drive projects to completion on time and within budget.

Ideally you hold a QBCC Building Supervisors Licence (highly desired), a White Card, a construction background and a proven ability to

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and ability to drive site teams.
• Strong scheduling and coordination across multiple trades.
• Excellent communication with clients, contractors and crews.

Responsibilities

• Pre site/measures and post inspections/quality control checks.
• Full site supervising/project management.
• Installations for maintenance for fascia, gutter and roofing.
• Liaising with onsite trades and building supervisors.
• Day to day scheduling, management and coordination of trades on site, suppliers & deliveries, completion of paperwork and other admin tasks.
• Ensure correct building practices and procedures are adhered to at all times.
• Maintaining site safety and cleanliness.
• Ensuring work is completed to a satisfactory standard.
• Enforce and adhere to OH&S regulations.
• Attend weekly construction meetings.
