Your New Position:

You will be working as part of an established team of Site Supervisors overseeing the maintenance of a large and diverse site featuring a mix of buildings and facilities. All planned and reactive maintenance works are undertaken by subcontractors, so as a client-side supervisor, your focus will be on liaising with tenants, organising works, coordinating contractors and ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

You will:

• Coordinate day to day planned and reactive maintenance activities, including breakdowns
• Source and manage subcontractors to ensure work is completed safely, on time and to a high standard
• Liaise with tenants and stakeholders to manage maintenance activities and minimise disruption.
• Assist with tendering as required

Your Background

• An electrical or air-conditioning/HVAC trade background
• Experience in facilities maintenance and/or supervising subcontractors
• A strong commitment to workplace health and safety
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, both written and verbal
