Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a two-person engineering team on site, delivering planned and reactive maintenance while supporting Site Facilities Management to ensure contract compliance.

You will hold an Electrical licence, have hands-on experience with FCUs/VAVs, and be proficient with CMMS/CAFМ systems. Strong organisational and communication skills are essential to coordinate subcontractors, manage safety, and maintain documentation.

Qualifications

• Electrical licence required.
• Experience in maintaining FCUs/VAVs.
• Experience in a customer-facing role within a medium-sized business.
• Familiarity with CMMS/CAFM systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead two engineers on site and ensure statutory compliance and delivery of planned/reactive maintenance.
• Meet SLAs and KPIs for operational delivery of maintenance activities.
• Manage supply chain including sub-contractors and suppliers.
• Provide technical and operational support to the engineering team.
• Support the Site FM as needed for the site location.
• Provide on-call support outside normal hours as part of the roster.
• Identify extra works through site walks and discussions with sub-contractors.
• Maintain QHSE documentation.

As a Maintenance Supervisor you will lead two technicians on site and be expected to have an Electrical License.

Here is a snapshot of your day:

• Responsible for the engineering technician and ensure statutory compliance and both planned/reactive maintenance delivery for the site.
• Ensure that SLAs and KPIs are achieved for operational delivery for both Reactive and Planned Maintenance activities.
• Management of the supply chain including sub-contractors and suppliers.
• Provide technical and operational support to the engineering team
• Support the Site FM, as needed for the site location.
• Provide outside of normal hours support in the case of call out/escalation as part of an on-call roster
• Generation of extra works through site walk arounds and communication with sub contractors
• Ensuring QHSE documentation is maintained and readily available.

Ideal Candidate:

• Candidate must have an Electrical license.
• Strong understanding and experience of a technical discipline (trade qualified) with experience in maintaining FCU's/VAV's
• Demonstrable experience in a similar customer facing role with medium sized business.
• Previous experience of using a CMMS or CAFM system.
• Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to prioritise workloads.
