Qualifikationen

• Electrical or HVAC trade background.
• Experience in facilities maintenance and supervising subcontractors.
• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
• Excellent problem-solving and a proactive approach.
• Strong written and verbal communication and stakeholder management.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate day-to-day planned and reactive maintenance, including breakdowns.
• Source and manage subcontractors to ensure safe, timely, high-quality work.
• Liaise with tenants and stakeholders to manage activities and minimise disruption.
• Assist with tendering as required.
